on Sunday, June 9 in the Hill District, People’s Pride 2k19 marches through Downtown before heading to the North Side, featuring free entertainment from performers Big Feedia, Dinosoul, The Benders, Windafire, Brittney Chantele, and more. Other upcoming events People’s Pride 2k19īeginning at 11:00 a.m. and will start on Boulevard of the Allies and then turn left on to Grant Street, followed by taking a left onto Fifth Avenue and ending on Liberty Avenue.
The Equality March will take place on Sunday from 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. The festival features over 175 vendors, food booths, family-friendly crafts and inflatable attractions, continuous entertainment, free HIV testing, and more. PrideFest will take place Saturday from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. Tickets for these events can be found here. On Saturday, Pride Rocks Pittsburgh will feature Grammy Award-winning artist Toni Braxton with support from Rina Sawayama. The weekend’s events will begin with Pride Rocks PGH! on Friday night featuring Walk The Moon, who are known for their hit song “Shut Up and Dance”.
